The colored MDF is very, very difficult to find in Canada, which is unfortunate. I managed to find a location in Brampton, ON that does carry this colored board, but they only sell to businesses or orders over $5000. If anyone in Canada knows where to find colored MDF, please reply!

First of all, I want to thank you for the time and effort you put into making your videos; I know it's no small task. However, I am disappointed that you are now charging nearly €50 for access to the plans on your website, especially since they used to be free. Many viewers like me support your videos and you already generate revenue through advertisements on UA-cam. I've noticed that your channel is becoming increasingly commercial, with income from both affiliate links and the sale of your plans. I understand that quality content has value and that creators deserve fair compensation, but I hope you can find ways to keep your content accessible to everyone, perhaps by offering a differentiated pricing model or special deals for loyal followers. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you take this feedback to heart.

Dusty co lumber only got popular because of Covid. People were home glued to their phones watching UA-cam videos all day. As soon as festool saw he was getting views then that’s when his channel became a “buy this next tool now” channel…. Long story short, stay original don’t be like dusty. Dusty is a sell out scumbag.

Sorry to disagree. I've been using this system for one year and I always had skewed chisels and plane irons. In other words, this system is not precise and it will lead to out of square blades. I tried it with water stones (perfectly rectified) and abrasive paper both on 12 mm glass and granite stone plate. No way, I always got skewed blades. Never again. It looks like other people had the same issue.

Dennis, an answer would be nice. Holding my purchase because Banggood says the height limit is 110mm or 4.33 inches, which should be the height under the clamp head. But it doesn't look that way, it looks like that dimension is the height of the clamp post without the clamp heads. Meanwhile, the post height for the 'window' or plexiglass that rides on the router fence looks way less than that, which limits the thickness of the wood that will fit under it to process. Are there extensions or higher posts? Seems if we add on to existing posts, those post assemblies won't be as rigid.

If you had 3 extra bushings you would be as fast as the Festool Domino. You lost time by unscrewing the bushings to screwing the bushings into another's jig.

The only UJK tool I have bought was the "Precision mitre fence" - it was HOPELESS. The fence rotates around a bolt with a lot of slop - and the detent is also sloppy. So the most critical features of the design were not done competently at all. I had to make my own bushing to take out the slop. Pretty orange anodising is nice for marketing, but an accurate pivot would be better. So I very much doubt that they are capable of making anything to DIN 875/00). Sadly, there are too many marketing folk in charge and hardly any engineers in these companies.

As you show, the typical use of a coping sled is for routing the ends of workpieces. The issue often encountered is tear-out at the exit side. To prevent this, one uses a sacrificial piece of wood. But, I'm struggling to see how the combination of the reference pins and hold-down clamps accommodates this sacrificial tear-out prevention piece. Can you show us some examples in a follow-up video?

Hi Denis, love your channel but I am not so sure if I can trust you about your Bang Good reviews. I have bought a few tools from them and I was disappointed because of your ratings. I don't know if Bang Good hand picked and checked tools before they send it to you so you received perfect tools that passed quality control check, I can tell you not in my case and many other customers. I received my drill guide a few days ago and was disappointed because brass bushings have too much play. I am not putting blame on you but just want to tell you your ratings of tools It does not matter to me any more. You can't do the business with somebody and not to be biased. I think you are a nice guy but business is business and I do understand that. Best Regards Eddie

I am a big fan of your posts and detailed logical approach. As a professional finish carpenter, I am challenged to provide optimal miter saw dust collection/containment while working on site in customer's' homes. Such work involves constant angle changes including odd miter and bevel angles. Has your research produced any designs capable of accommodating such rapid angle changes over the saw's entire range of angular motion? Thank you.
